Tim Carter, HCP Outreach Coordinator

Tim Carter received his PhD in Ecology from the University of Georgia in 2006. His dissertation research focused on the effectiveness of vegetated roofs in stormwater management. He has staffed several of the Etowah HCP Technical Committees.
